Travel & Expenses
Flights, accommodations, meals, and ground transportation are billed at cost with receipts provided. Travel is booked after the workshop agreement is signed. For locations within 50 miles, no travel fee applies.
Workshop Terms
- •Workshops require a signed engagement agreement before scheduling
- •Full payment due 14 days before the workshop date
- •Full refund if canceled 30+ days before the scheduled date
- •50% refund if canceled 14-29 days before
- •No refund within 14 days of the workshop (rescheduling available within 90 days)
- •On-site workshops: client is responsible for venue, A/V equipment, and catering. Malcolm provides all presentation materials.
